Last minute stocking fillers that make you excited about a stocking.

Don’t worry, i’m not going to call a Diptyque candle a stocking filer (i’ve literally seen that happen). If you’re worried that you haven’t quite hit the spot with the presents just yet, and you’re looking for a few extra bits to add some sparkle to the present pile, look no further.

Lipsticks, lipsticks, lipsticks.

When in doubt? Lipsticks. This year lipstick/gloss gift sets come in trinket sizes and festive packaging. It’s almost like a clever mirage; they look like you’ve put way more effort in than you actually have, and they definitely look like more of a substantial gift than a single tube alone. Yes, last minute buyer.. i’m looking at you and I’m planning for convince.

I’d personally recommend taking the price off before you wrap.. or photograph in my case. Gift sets from Sleek, Soap and Glory and No7 all cater to the same principles: Nude (ish), more for your money and added sparkle. It’s a winning combination for a last minute buyer and suited to most gift receivers.

The little luxury.

By no means am i saying these No7 sheet masks and Elemis eye masks are budget gifts, quite the opposite, but they’re the one thing you add to the present pile for quality over quantity. Masks are often deemed as a special treat, combine the fact that these are from great brands and you’ve instantly amped up your gift giving talents. They’re the type of presents people talk about first when they say what they got for Christmas, and easy to grab last minute without looking like you’ve rushed through it.

The Essentials.

It’s an unwritten rule that you have to get something practical each year right? Well i’ve given that a beauty twist for this gift guide. Masqd do the essentials and they do them well, you wouldn’t think of giving tweezers for christmas.. but when they’re packed in a set like this you’d definitely have a change of heart. (And i can guarantee the receiver needed them anyway)

The classic stocking stuffer.

I couldn’t not include a stereotypical stocking stuffer gift in these mini bath bomb “Bon Bombs” from Being by Sanctuary Spa. Stockings are a place to find little bits that make you say “aw” when you open them, little bits that aren’t extravagant but you’ll know you’ll look forward to using. Any boxing day bath wouldn’t be complete without a bath bomb, and with these minis the relaxation carries on for a while after you unwrap them.
